Chai Tea Mix

This is my favorite Chai Tea recipe.

1-Cup nonfat dry milk power
1-Cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1-Cup french vanilla flavored non-dairy creamer or desired flavor
2 1/2 – Cup white sugar
1 1/2 – Cup unsweetened instant tea
2 tsp – ground ginger
2 tsp – ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground clove
I personally use pumpkin spice for the ginger, cinnamon, and clove.

The directions to make Chai Tea Mix is easy. First in a large bowl, combine milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla flavored creamer, sugar, and instant tea. Stir in the ginger, cinnamon, cloves (or Pumpkin spice). Then stir the mix up really good and you have it.

Easy Cheese Cake

This is my three step easy cheese cake taught to me by my mother.

Mix 2 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese softened, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add 2 eggs then mix until blended.
Pour into a Graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.)
Bake at 325 degree Fahrenheit for 40 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate for 3 hrs or overnight. I like to top it with cherry pie filling but many people like strawberry pie filling so be creative with the topping.

Pork chops and rice

This is one of my favorite meals and I will tell you how to make it.

What you need:
1. Pork chops
2. Rice
3. Can of chicken and star
4. Orange juice

First you pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Then you start browning your pork phops in a skillet. While the pork chops are browning, in a large ceramic dish add a layer of rice and saturate the rice with the orange juice. The rice will soak up the orange juice. When the pork chops are browned add them to the rice and orange juice by pushing them into the rice where you can just see the tops of the pork chops. Then mix up the can of chicken and stars and pour it over the whole dish.
