This is my three step easy cheese cake taught to me by my mother.
Mix 2 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese softened, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add 2 eggs then mix until blended.
Pour into a Graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.)
Bake at 325 degree Fahrenheit for 40 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate for 3 hrs or overnight. I like to top it with cherry pie filling but many people like strawberry pie filling so be creative with the topping.
This is one of my favorite meals and I will tell you how to make it.
What you need:
1. Pork chops
3. Can of chicken and star
4. Orange juice
First you pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Then you start browning your pork phops in a skillet. While the pork chops are browning, in a large ceramic dish add a layer of rice and saturate the rice with the orange juice. The rice will soak up the orange juice. When the pork chops are browned add them to the rice and orange juice by pushing them into the rice where you can just see the tops of the pork chops. Then mix up the can of chicken and stars and pour it over the whole dish.
I have officially finished my class room training but have lots of training still to do. The complexity of the software that I am testing is amazing. So amazing that it will probaby takes years to learn the ins and outs of the software. It is quite a challenge but I welcome it and all the new challenges that I face ahead of me.
I have completed my first week of training. One more week and I will be certified. The software is so complex and has the ability to do amazing things. I am learning a lot and getting really good with the software. Next week I start my second week of training and it should go smoothly as well. Wish me luck.
I am becoming sad that I will be leaving Caterpillar. I will miss this place and the wonderful people I have worked with. I did not know that the change from working as an intern to working full time would be this difficult. I have not even started my new job and the pressure is building on me to perform well.
With everything in like I welcome the change and hope for the best. My new job title sounds exciting and the people I will be working with seem energetic. So in closing it is sad to leave what I know well, but it is exciting to start a new experience. Wish me luck!
I am currently undertaking the creation of a new Larry D. Bell Aircraft Museum web site. I started on it yesterday and will continue to work on it. The hopeful if all go well launch date is going to be the First of February. Wish me luck.
Edit – Link from the future Bell Aircraft Museum
My web site reached 1000 hits today. I am excited that people are visiting my site. I do this as a hobby and for fun. So it is nice to see something come out of it.
It seems that Apple opened up a can of worms with the naming of the IPhone. Cisco has owned the rights for the IPhone name for quite some time now (since 2000 from Infogear). Cisco has opened a lawsuit against Apple over the name. It will be interesting to see how things pan out. It will probably end up with Apple paying a sum of money to Cisco or Apple changing the name of the phone to EyePhone.
Seems Apple has the right idea with the IPhone. Yesterday Apple release the news of the IPhone that is going to be for sale in the fourth quarter of the year. It looks like it has a lot of neat feature and will be very useful for a college student to use as an Ipod in addition to all the other distractions that are involved with college. IPhone yes it Rawks.
