This is my favorite Chai Tea recipe.
1-Cup nonfat dry milk power
1-Cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1-Cup french vanilla flavored non-dairy creamer or desired flavor
2 1/2 – Cup white sugar
1 1/2 – Cup unsweetened instant tea
2 tsp – ground ginger
2 tsp – ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground clove
I personally use pumpkin spice for the ginger, cinnamon, and clove.
The directions to make Chai Tea Mix is easy. First in a large bowl, combine milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla flavored creamer, sugar, and instant tea. Stir in the ginger, cinnamon, cloves (or Pumpkin spice). Then stir the mix up really good and you have it. Add the mix to hot water to your taste. Enjoy.
